Please note that these complete Terms and Conditions govern your purchase, not this overview.
This summary is provided for your convenience only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
These conditions outline the fundamental rules and regulations governing use of our platform
(«PLATFORM») and the ticket purchasing process. Key elements include:
Our Function:
The PLATFORM operates as a marketplace, facilitating connections between purchasers and
independent ticket vendors without participating directly in sales transactions.
Ticket Pricing:
Tickets available on the PLATFORM frequently originate from secondary markets. Vendors establish
pricing, which may exceed or fall below ticket face value.
Final Sale Policy:
No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted after ticket purchase confirmation.
Event Cancellation:
Should an event be cancelled, purchasers receive full reimbursement, excluding delivery charges
(for previously shipped tickets).
Postponed or Rescheduled Events:
When events are rescheduled and original tickets maintain validity, purchasers may not request
reimbursement.
Ticket Names:
Since tickets originate from independent vendors, purchaser names will not appear on tickets.
This does not impact event attendance ability.
Purchaser Protection:
In uncommon instances where valid tickets are not delivered timely, purchasers receive a
guaranteed 120% reimbursement.
Alternative Tickets:
When requested tickets become unavailable, comparable or enhanced alternatives may be
substituted.
User Agreement:
Platform usage or ticket purchases constitute agreement to follow these terms and relevant laws.
The PLATFORM maintains rights to modify terms anytime and implement actions, including purchase
cancellation or user restrictions, for term violations.
This policy emphasizes the marketplace structure where transactions are irreversible and ticket
availability fluctuates due to third-party participation.
FINAL SALE POLICY:
This section provides additional clarification regarding ticket purchases, event modifications,
and cancellations on the PLATFORM:
No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations:
Following ticket purchase, sales become irreversible. Tickets are deemed unique and
irreplaceable, eliminating refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events:
For postponed or rescheduled events, original tickets remain valid for new dates. In exceptional
circumstances requiring new tickets, purchasers will be contacted by the vendor (referred to as
the «VENDOR»).
Cancelled Events:
For cancelled events without rescheduled dates, purchasers must contact the PLATFORM for
reimbursement. The PLATFORM may require original ticket return at purchaser expense.
Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
Reimbursements will be processed in original purchase currency, with currency conversion fees
(including bank charges) not covered by the PLATFORM or VENDOR.
No Refunds for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets:
Neither the PLATFORM nor VENDOR will provide reimbursements or exchanges for lost, stolen,
damaged, or destroyed tickets. Purchasers should store tickets securely.
ABOVE FACE VALUE:
This section details ticket pricing, PLATFORM role, and characteristics of tickets sold through
the platform:
Secondary Market Resale:
Tickets sold via the PLATFORM often come from secondary market vendors, meaning they are resold.
Frequently, resale prices exceed original face value, though they may also be lower.
Service Charges and Processing Fees:
All PLATFORM ticket prices include additional service charges and processing fees, defined for
each purchase. These are separate from ticket face value.
No Direct Affiliation:
The PLATFORM and vendors are not affiliated with performers, sports organizations, or venues
unless explicitly stated. The PLATFORM does not function as a primary box office unless
specifically noted.
Acknowledgment of Price Variations:
By accepting these terms, users acknowledge that their purchase price may differ from original
ticket price. It may be higher or lower than initially paid.
This section ensures users understand they often purchase secondary market tickets where prices
may vary significantly from original cost, and the PLATFORM operates independently from official
ticketing outlets or event organizers.
TICKET AVAILABILITY:
This section describes limitations and procedures regarding ticket availability, particularly
for tickets sourced from third-party vendors:
Ticket Availability Not Assured:
The PLATFORM cannot guarantee ticket availability until the purchaser (USER) physically receives
them. Even listed tickets may change availability before order completion.
Unique Ticket Listings:
Most PLATFORM listings represent unique ticket sets from individual vendors. However, some
listings may only represent available options or procurement offers rather than exact seats or
immediately available tickets.
Ticket Unavailability:
Occasionally, requested tickets may no longer be available at listed price or quantity during
processing. In such instances:
- If similar or superior seats are available at identical price, the vendor will provide these
alternatives to complete the order. - If no equivalent or better options exist, full reimbursement will be issued if charges were
processed. Users will be notified of request rejection.
This section highlights potential availability changes and ensures users receive equivalent
alternatives or full reimbursement when original tickets are unavailable.
ORDERS:
This section describes the order completion process and user responsibilities when placing
PLATFORM orders:
Order Completion:
PLATFORM orders will be completed by participating vendors in the PLATFORM network (referred to
as the «VENDOR»).
Information Accuracy Responsibility:
Users must carefully enter all required information when submitting orders. They are responsible
for any input errors. Such errors may cause:
- Order processing delays
- Ticket delivery delays
- Order cancellation
This section emphasizes accurate order detail submission and provides assistance pathways for
users encountering issues or needing order information retrieval.
ZONE TICKETS / TICKETS NOT IN POSSESSION:
This section describes policies regarding «Zone Tickets» or tickets marked as «not in
possession,» available for certain live events:
Pre-Approved Vendors:
Limited pre-approved vendors may offer tickets they do not currently possess.
Zone Tickets:
These may be labeled as «Zone Tickets» or marked as «tickets not in possession.» When purchasing
these tickets, vendors commit to obtaining specified tickets upon receiving orders.
120% Money Back Protection:
Like all PLATFORM tickets, Zone Tickets are covered by 120% Money Back Protection. This
protection ensures:
- After order placement and vendor confirmation, tickets will be located within designated
listing areas or comparable/better locations. - Purchasers will receive tickets before events. Failure results in 120% reimbursement
eligibility.
This section provides assurance for purchasing tickets not currently held by vendors, ensuring
ticket delivery as promised or money return if vendors fail to fulfill commitments.
PRICING:
This section outlines pricing policies and procedures for PLATFORM orders:
Currency:
All PLATFORM product and service prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly
stated otherwise.
Price Confirmation:
The PLATFORM cannot confirm product or service prices until user (USER) order completion.
Pricing Errors:
Despite efforts to maintain accurate pricing, some products and services may be incorrectly
priced. When vendors (VENDOR) discover correct prices exceed PLATFORM-listed prices, the
following may occur:
- Order completion at original stated price
- VENDOR will contact USER regarding correct price and offer purchase option at new price
- USER order may be cancelled with USER notification
This section clarifies the PLATFORM position on pricing discrepancies and ensures users
understand potential pricing errors and available options when discrepancies arise.
FEES:
This section details fees and charges for PLATFORM purchases, plus vendor tax responsibilities:
Fees and Charges:
Total user credit card charges include several components beyond individual ticket prices:
- Service Fee: Covers PLATFORM operational costs, including customer service, ticket
procurement for users, and other fulfillment expenses. - Delivery Fee: Based on user-selected delivery method and PLATFORM arrangements
for ticket delivery through VENDOR. - Total Amount: Complete charged amount, including VENDOR-set ticket prices, service
fee, and delivery fee.
Tax Responsibilities:
- Ticket vendors (TICKET VENDOR) must stay informed about tax withholding requirement and amount
changes in various jurisdictions where tickets are sold. - TICKET VENDOR must determine tax obligations for sold tickets. In states where the PLATFORM
indicates it will collect certain taxes, TICKET VENDOR need not handle tax collection for
those transactions. - For other states, TICKET VENDOR must include applicable sales, use, excise, service, and other
taxes in ticket prices. - TICKET VENDOR must provide the PLATFORM with necessary information to report payments to tax
authorities, which may include employer identification numbers, social security numbers, or
tax ID numbers. TICKET VENDOR authorizes the PLATFORM to release this information to relevant
tax authorities.
This section emphasizes purchase charge breakdown and outlines vendor responsibilities regarding
tax compliance and reporting.
